Our air conditioner stopped working this past weekend (of course as it finally gets hot out). I called a few different companies to come do a service call, but Set Point Mechanical was the only company that was able to come the same day! The employee that was dispatched to our home was very professional and thorough. He was able to identify the issues with our air conditioner and after a couple hours he had us enjoying frigid air again inside our home! It is never fun when you lose air in your home and it’s 90 degrees out. Set Point Mechanical got out to our home quickly, handled everything professionally to get our A/C running again, and the costs were reasonable. I typically don’t write reviews, but this company was deserving of recognition of the great job they did. I now have their contact information on my fridge and although I hope I don’t need any help with our A/C anytime soon, at least I know who I am calling if I do!

These guys were great! They installed a Lennox air conditioner last week and I can’t imagine a more knowledgeable, hard-working, and professional team. I was particularly impressed by the extra work they did devising and implementing a plan to get around the less-than-ideal back yard situation. Everyone else we were considering was just going to plop the condenser in the middle of a narrow walkway. I can’t think of anything they could’ve possibly done better!
